Submit an EPS case

If you considered the diagnosis of EPS in a patient with a history of PD and you want to join the European EPS registry, please click on the link below.

Submit an EPS case
Due to a relocation of the data, the online EPS form will be out of service for a few days.  

1. Fill in your e-mail address to register. If you are not registered, you have to fill in the administration form
2. Fill in the patient’s date of birth and sex
3. Fill in the other patient data, e.g.

• basic details
• RRT history
• information about diagnosis
• information about investigations peritoneum
• information about EPS treatment

Please note: It is possible to re-enter a form. It is not necessary to fill in all data at the same time.
